Authentic Lahori Fried Fish Recipe | Orignal Lahori Restaurant Fish Fry Recipe Note: This recipe used 4 lbs. of Basa fish. Adjust your spices according to Recipe: 1. Combine the following ingredients: Imli (tamarind) water 2 cups Oil 1 tbsp Ajwain (ajowan caraway) 1 tbsp Adrak lasan paste (ginger and garlic paste) 1 tbsp Baisan (gram flour) 100 g Laal mirch powder (red chilli powder) 1 tbsp Sookha dhaniya (ground coriander seeds) 2 tbsp Chilli flakes 1 tbsp Garam masala 1 tsp Namak (salt) 1 tbsp or to taste Mix to form a paste, then add an additional cup of Imli (tamarind) water. You don't want it to be a thick paste, rather it should have a runny consistency. 2. Add fish to the prepared marinade and stir thoroughly. 3. Marinate overnight. 4.
